To know your configuration, or to send us your device information, you can use the dxdiag program :  


On W10:
In the Windows 10 search bar at the bottom left of the screen (next to the flag) type DXDIAG, in the results click on Dxdiag - Execute command.

On earlier versions of Windows:
Click Start, click Run, or Press the Windows + R (Windows key (keyboard) key simultaneously)
Type DXDIAG, then click OK


Once in the DirectX Diagnostic Tool, you have access to information about your configuration

You can also extract the data in text format via the “Save Information” at the bottom right and attach the file to your request.

 

 You will be able to read your configuration and compare it with that required by the software

 The System tab shows the CPU, Memory (RAM), the version of DirectX and the Operating System

 The Display tab shows the name of the graphics card in the upper left, and version / date of the driver in the top right

 The Sound tab for its part the sound card
