Sometimes programs that run in the background on your PC will conflict with your game, you can close them by doing the following:
1-Click on Start then on Run / Or press the Windows (flag) and R keys on your keyboard at the same time.
2-Write : MSConfig and click Ok
3-On the Services tab, select the check box: Hide all Microsoft services and click Disable All. (Or select the services you want to close)
4-On the Startup tab, uncheck the programs you want to disable (on W10 you will need to click on "Open Task Manager")
5-Then do Apply, then Close or Ok, and agree to restart the PC.
After restart test your game.
>>To restart the PC in normal mode, do the reverse<<
